CLASS:  Form 4 from Individual to Trust on Saturday, August 8, 2026 at 2:00pm

Do you have a NFA Trust and purchased a suppressor(s) as an individual because of the shorter approval time?  We are able to help you transfer it (them) into your NFA Trust.

WHAT TO BRING TO CLASS: (If possible email entire Trust and Tax Stamp(s) in separate PDF files to info@tmshootingsports.com.  Make sure to put subject line Suppressor Class)

1. Trust
2. Tax Stamp
3. Silencer
4. If you have an ATF e-Form account make sure all information is current and you know your USERNAME and PIN.
5. If you have not been set-up in our NFA Kiosk please come before the class date or earlier on August 8.  Plan up to 30-40 minutes.

NOTE:

There is a transfer fee for this service.  Fee is based on:

1. If you purchased the suppressor from us it will be $39 and $20 per each additional Responsible Person on the Trust for the first (1) suppressor.  If more than one suppressor it would be $20 for each addition suppressor.  IE: If you are the only Responsible Person it will be $39 and $20 for each additional suppressor.   If you, plus one other Responsible Person it will be $59 and $20 for each additional suppressor.
2. If you DIDN’T purchase the suppressor from us it will be $79 and $20 per each additional Responsible Person on the Trust for the first (1) suppressor.  If more than one suppressor it would be $40 for each addition suppressor.
3. Informational class; NO FEE.  Need to set an appointment to process the Transfer; FEE BASED.
